Dingdong Dantes and his kids, Zia and Ziggy, looked adorable as they sang their own version of The Beatles’ “Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da.”
The actor can be seen playing the guitar while his kids hugged each other and sang in front of him, as shown on the TikTok and Facebook pages of Dantes’ wife Marian Rivera yesterday, Aug. 29. After Zia and Ziggy performed the song, Dantes joined his kids as they sang again.
“‘Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da’ Sarap n’yo panoorin hay. Love you Dada, Ate Z and Six. Hintayin n’yo, sa susunod kasama na ako,” Rivera joked. (“Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da.” It feels nice to watch you. Love you Dada, Ate Z and Six. Just wait, I will join you next time.)
The video has earned more than 2 million views on TikTok and over 400,000 views on Facebook as of this writing.
This comes after Zia and Ziggy treated Rivera to their own performances of “Can’t Help Falling in Love” and “Kahit Maputi na ang Buhok Ko” during the actress’ 38th birthday party earlier this month.
Rivera and Dantes tied the knot in a Spanish romance-themed church ceremony in December 2014. The couple welcomed Zia in November 2015, and Ziggy in April 2019. /ra
