Cesar Montano did not only get to bond with his three daughters Sam, Angelina and Chesca at Sam’s 18th birthday party, but he also met his ex-wife Sunshine Cruz’s boyfriend, businessman Macky Mathay.
The actor and Mathay shook each other’s hand, as seen in the new set of photos from the event shown by Sunshine on her Instagram page yesterday, Aug. 28.
Aside from the said interaction, Sunshine, Mathay, Montano and his partner Socorro Angeles were also seen posing for a photo together with Sam, Angelina and Chesca.
Meanwhile, Teresa Loyzaga, who shares her son Diego with Montano, also expressed joy over Sunshine and Montano’s reunion together with their children, via Sunshine’s separate Instagram post last Saturday, Aug. 27.
“In God’s perfect time always,” Sunshine stated.
“No words can explain. Nothing is impossible. Prayers are heard so never cease!” Teresa said via the comments section. “[Sunshine Cruz], I’m so proud of you!”

Sunshine and Montano have separated in 2013, and their marriage was annulled in 2018. Meanwhile, Sunshine has been in a relationship with Mathay since 2016. JB
