MANILA, Philippines — A mass was held for the birth anniversary of late “Queen of Philippine Movies Susan Roces” on Thursday.

Senator Grace Poe, Roces’ daughter, posted a livestream of the post on her Facebook page.

The movie icon passed away on May 20 this year.

Roces passed away peacefully, surrounded by love and warmth, with her daughter Grace, her nephews Joseph and Jeffrey and many of her family and close friends.”

As of writing, the post have garnered 25,000 views, 4,600 reactions and 174 shares.
