Kiray Celis has treated her father to a surprise for his 63rd birthday—a cake with P63,000 inside it.
The comedian and “Goin’ Bulilit” alum gave fans a glimpse of her father’s birthday celebration via her Facebook page last Saturday, July 16.
Celis can be seen giving her father three birthday cakes, one of which secretly held the P63,000, then asked her dad to smash the one where he thought her gift might be.
While her father failed to guess the right cake, Celis still gave her gift and he was all smiles upon receiving the money.
“[P63,000] sa 63-year-old birthday boy! Maubos man ang ipon ko sa kakapa-money cake sa inyo every birthday niyo ni mama, okay lang. Sobrang thankful at blessed ako taon-taon na nadadagdagan lagi ang buhay niyo,” she said. “Mahal na mahal ko kayo papa at mama!”

Giving cash gifts to her parents is not new to Celis as she gave her father P62,000 for his 62nd birthday last year. He also treated him to a new smart phone as a New Year gift. Meanwhile, the actress gifted her mother with P57,000 when she turned 57 last May. /ra
