Bettinna Carlos pregnant again months after revealing miscarriage

Bettinna Carlos announced that she is pregnant again with her second child, four months after disclosing that she had suffered from a miscarriage.
The actress-TV host revealed that she is 12 weeks into her pregnancy, and narrated how she knew she was pregnant last April, through a vlog on her YouTube channel yesterday, June 18.
“We were leaving for a friend’s anniversary taco Tuesday celebration. Because it’s tacos, I said, ‘Oh, sarap nitong i-terno with beer,’ but then naisip ko, randomly, to check,” she recalled. “I got a pregnancy test kit just to check if it’s safe to consume alcohol [then] biglang nag-positive.”

I got a pregnancy test kit just to check if it’s safe to consume alcohol then my result turned out positive.)
Carlos still had doubts on the result at first because the second line of the test was blurry. She then took three more pregnancy tests which all showed the same positive result.
Carlos admitted that she was “holding off her excitement” even with the positive results, as she just came from a miscarriage. She also stated that her pregnancy now is unexpected, because she and her non-showbiz husband Mikki Eduardo were not “actively trying” to get pregnant.
Carlos then got teary eyed while showing a sonogram of her baby and compared it to the sonogram of her previous unborn child. She also showed snaps from their first visit to the doctor.
“When I think about my pregnancy, I can’t help but really say that God knows his time for everything. His timing is always perfect,” she said. “Nakakatuwa kasi parang anniversary gift niya sa amin ‘yung baby. ” (It brings us joy because it is as if the baby is His anniversary gift to us.)
Carlos announced last February that she had a miscarriage while expressing her hope for fellow moms who also lost their babies to “find peace.” Despite her loss, Carlos said that the situation gave her “fresh hope and new joy.”
Carlos had been a single mom to her daughter Gummy before she married Eduardo on Dec. 2, 2020. She introduced Eduardo, an entrepreneur, to the public in August 2020. JB
