LOOK: Kathryn Bernardo, Daniel Padilla mark 10th anniversary in Thailand

Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla celebrated 10 years of being a couple in the “most unforgettable way possible,” as they went on a trip to Thailand.
The on- and off-screen couple, known as the love team KathNiel, can be seen bonding with elephants in Chiang Mai, Thailand, as part of their anniversary celebration, Bernardo showed on her Instagram page yesterday, May 25.
“Celebrated our special day in the most unforgettable way possible and enjoyed every minute of it,” the actress said.
“You know how much this trip means to me and how much I [love] elephants, so without a question, you agreed to do this again with me right away,” she told Padilla. “All you said to me was ‘kahit san mo gusto love, susunod ako after ng trabaho ko (wherever you want to go my love, I will follow you after my work).'”
Bernardo expressed gratitude to Padilla for making time for their trip, as well as making her feel loved and appreciated.
“Looking back on our 10-year journey together, I find myself smiling with so much pride. Because we did it… We did it, love! True love exists. Someone like you still [does] exist,” she gushed. “I love you so much. Happy 10th anniversary to my person!”

Bernardo and Padilla received anniversary greetings from fellow celebrities including Angelica Panganiban, Iya Villania, Ria Atayde and Ruffa Gutierrez.

Bernardo and Padilla first worked together back in 2011, through the youth-oriented series “Growing Up.”
They have since starred in various films and TV shows together such as “Princess and I,” “La Luna Sangre,” “She’s Dating the Gangster,” “Barcelona: A Love Untold” and “The Hows of Us.” The couple currently stars in the romance series “2 Good 2 Be True.”
Recently, Padilla said he is ready to tie the knot with Bernardo, saying he hopes to do so by the time he turns 30. Meanwhile, Bernardo revealed they originally intended to get married at their current age, but decided to push it back to a later time. /ra
