Enriquez’s fellow anchors Mel Tiangco and Jessica Soho also drew attention from netizens on social media. In the same segment, Soho said the line “walang kinikilingan” (impartial), after which Tiangco was supposed to say, “Walang kasinungalingan” (truthful) but instead proceeded to the phrase “walang pinoprotektahan” (not protecting anyone), leading some netizens to speculate that the gesture was intentional.

As of 6:17 p.m. on Tuesday, May 10, the partial and unofficial results from Comelec’s transparency server showed Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos leading the presidential race with 31,035,780 votes as against the second-strongest contender Vice President Leni Robredo’s 14,789,892.  /ra
