Zeinab Harake confirms breakup with rapper Skusta Clee

Vlogger Zeinab Harake has revealed that she and her partner Skusta Clee have separated, saying the rapper had cheated on her.
Harake confirmed this in her interview with TV host Toni Gonzaga on the latter’s YouTube channel last Sunday, May 8. She stated that she and Skusta Clee went separate ways while she was pregnant with her baby Moon, whom she lost in a miscarriage.
“Nakunan ako, nagburol ako ng baby ko, nilibing ’yung baby ko, mag-isa lang ako,” she told Gonzaga. (I had a miscarriage, I mourned over my baby, I buried my baby, I was alone.)
Harake claimed that around last March, Skusta Clee would often start arguments with her and leave her at home with their firstborn child Bia.
“Talagang dumating sa point na nagmamakaawa ako sa kaniya. Alam niyang buntis ako kay Moon. Hirap po talaga ‘yung pagbubuntis ko kay Moon[…],” she narrated. “Nagmamakaawa ako na huwag niya akong iiwan kasi lagi niya akong iniiwan sa bahay.”
(It reached a point that I was begging him. He knew I was pregnant with Moon. My pregnancy with Moon was very difficult. I begged him not to leave me because he would always leave me at home.)
By the end of March, Skusta Clee left their home but eventually returned. However, Harake found out the rapper was being unfaithful to her after seeing messages on his laptop. While Harake did not elaborate on the messages she saw, she claimed that her partner was asking out another woman.
Skusta Clee denied cheating on Harake, despite her confronting him about the messages.
“Sabi ko sa kanya, aminin na niya lahat. Nagsabi siya na, ‘Mamatay man si mama ko, mamatay ka man, mamatay man si Bia, wala talaga,'” Harake recounted. (I told him to confess everything. He said, “Even if my mom dies, you die, or Bia dies, there is really no [other woman].”)
Harake then recalled that the rapper made a “brutal” confession and owned up to the messages she had confronted him with.
“Naaawa ako kay Bia. Hindi ako perpektong asawa pero hindi ‘yun reason para ganu’nin mo ako sa lahat ng ginawa ko para sa ‘yo,” she said. (I felt bad for Bia. I’m not a perfect wife, but that is not reason to do that to me, after everything I did for you.)
Harake stated that Skusta Clee blamed her because she “changed” after they became parents.
“Ang dahilan niya sa lahat, ‘Nagbago kasi ‘yan si Zeinab mula nu’ng nagka-anak kami. Hindi siya ‘yung Zeinab ko noon.’ Kaya naman ako nagbago, pinili ko magpaka-asawa, magpaka-nanay,” she said.
(His reason for everything, “Zeinab changed when we had a baby. She is no longer the Zeinab that I had before.” I changed because I chose to act as a wife, as a mother.)
According to Harake, she does not regret reuniting and being with Skusta Clee because he gave her a child. She also believes that the one to blame for what happened to their relationship is the one who was not faithful.
“Ang nagkamali dito, ‘yung talagang hindi nakuntento,” she said. “Kami ni Bia, nandito kami na all out para sa kaniya pero hindi niya kami nakita, e. Bale wala kaming tatlo nila Moon.”
(The only one in the wrong here is the one who was not satisfied. Bia and I were all out here for him, but he did not see us. The three of us, with Moon, were ignored.). /ra
