For KC Concepcion, Sharon Cuneta is all she needed in COVID-19 recovery
KC Concepcion expressed her appreciation for her mom, the Megastar Sharon Cuneta, who she considers to be all that she needed to win her battle against COVID-19.
Concepcion greeted Cuneta in time for Mother’s Day by showing a throwback photo of them together, through Concepcion’s Instagram page yesterday, May 8.
“Your voice is all I needed to jumpstart my recovery and win this battle against [COVID-19]. You are the salt to my pepper, you spice up my life in ways no one else can,” Concepcion said. “I loved you the moment you made me, and I will love you forever and ever.”

Cuneta responded to her daughter’s greeting by reposting the photo on her Instagram page, also yesterday. The Megastar has been busy campaigning for her husband Vice Presidential candidate Sen. Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan, which was what prevented her from visiting Concepcion in New York.

Concepcion earlier revealed that she contracted the novel coronavirus and suffered from a neurological effect which almost led to “possible paralysis.” She described her condition as “nothing she had ever experienced before,” but added that she is already recovering from the virus. JB
