Paulo Avelino finally got to be with his son Aki as the actor visited him in New York, where the child currently resides with his mother, actress LJ Reyes.
Avelino gave glimpses of their bonding moment via his Instagram Stories today, April 7. The father and son can be seen discussing his hair color inside what appears to be an elevator.
Avelino also went for a walk with Aki and a young girl who seems to be his friend. The actor was walking behind the two of them while the kids were talking to each other, with Aki’s arm around her shoulders.

Avelino earlier shared his plans of visiting his son who he had not seen since the boy left the Philippines with Reyes. The actor even asked his love team partner, actress Janine Gutierrez, if she wants to come with him, and joked about introducing her to Aki as his mother. Avelino and Gutierrez were together in the United States for a concert tour with singer-songwriter Ogie Alcasid.
Avelino also recently had a beach date with a mystery woman who was eventually confirmed to be Gutierrez, after the actress shared the same photo but with her face shown, via her Instagram page, Mar. 31. JB
