Piolo Pascual will be returning to the sitcom genre as he is set to star in the upcoming romantic-comedy series “My Papa Pi.”
Star Creatives, the producer of the show, teased fans about the “sweetcom” and announced its premiere this March, as per Twitter yesterday, Feb. 9.
“Bawal malungkot ngayong darating na March dahil aarangkada na ang SWEETCOM na talaga namang magpapa-smile at magpapa-kisay sa buong sambayanan! Wala ng patumpik-tumpik pa mga bes! Eto na ang, MY PAPA PI!” it said.
(Sadness is prohibited this March because the “sweetcom” which will make everyone smile and feel giddy is coming! No more waiting, friends! Here’s “My Papa Pi”!)

Also starring in the show alongside Pascual are Angelica Panganiban, Pepe Herrera, Alora Sasam, Madam Inutz and Anthony Jennings. The sitcom will be directed by Cathy Garcia-Molina. JB
