Sarah Geronimo and her husband, actor-triathlete Matteo Guidicelli, enjoyed quality time in nature as they went horseback riding on their recent trip to Rizal.
The couple spent time with animals including their pet dogs while walking along a river and horseback riding in Daraitan, Tanay, as shown on Guidicelli’s Instagram page and Instagram Stories yesterday, Jan. 28. A horse can also be seen next to Guidicelli in what appears to be a resort.
“Walter the horse spent the night with us,” Guidicelli quipped. The pair spent their vacation at Casa Balario in Tanay, Rizal.

Meanwhile, the vacation spot showed the couple playing with their dogs as well as Guidicelli standing next to an off-road vehicle, as seen on its Instagram page, also yesterday.
“Spotted at Casa Balario, [Matteo Guidicelli and Sarah Geronimo] with their furbabies! We hope you had a memorable stay at our little home and had a wonderful time with [nature],” it greeted them.
Geronimo and Guidicelli have been married for almost two years. They tied the knot in a secret ceremony on Feb. 20, 2020.
The pop star’s mother reportedly confronted the couple on their wedding day, calling those in attendance “traitors” after discovering the secret union.
Despite the unpleasant event, Guidicelli revealed last December 2021 that he is open to reconcile with his wife’s family.
Speculations of Geronimo’s reconciliation with her mother, meanwhile, circulated in March 2021, after the singer promoted produce from her mother’s farm. She also reportedly paid tribute to her parents during her “Tala” film concert last year. /ra
