Liam Payne has postponed his upcoming “Here’s To The Future” virtual showcase after testing positive for COVID-19.

The singer and former One Direction member announced the postponement of his show and revealed his COVID-19 diagnosis, on his Twitter and Instagram pages yesterday, Jan. 26.

“Hey, guys. I’m so sorry to announce that I’m having to push back the next ‘Here’s To The Future’ show… Unfortunately, I had [COVID-19] and will not be ready in time to give you the show you all deserve,” he said.

“Here’s To The Future” was supposed to take place on Jan. 29, with performances by fellow artists Madilyn Bailey, iamnotshane, Lyn Lapid and Just Stef. The virtual show has been moved a few weeks ahead, on Feb. 12, in time for Valentine’s Day.

“All your tickets will still be valid and I hope you can still make it. See you soon,” Payne told fans.

Payne rose to fame as part of the British boy group One Direction, alongside Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson, Harry Styles and Niall Horan. They are known for the songs “What Makes You Beautiful,” “Story of My Life” and “Steal My Girl,” among others.

One Direction went on an indefinite hiatus in 2016 after Malik left the group in 2015. They have since pursued solo careers.  /ra
