Adele has reached out to her fans through personal video calls after her series of Las Vegas shows was postponed due to COVID-19 related concerns.
The “Easy on Me” singer, who was scheduled to start a three-month residency in Las Vegas’ Caesars Palace hotel, was seen in a video call with fans who showed up at the venue, as seen on one @katherinestokoe’s TikTok page last Sunday, Jan. 23.
“You can tell me all about your breakup and you can tell me all about everything when I see you,” Adele told her fans.
Adele can be heard saying that she will be doing free meet-and-greets for those who were supposed to attend the canceled shows, once they are rescheduled. She then thanked fans for being understanding and apologized to them.
“FaceTiming [first] night ticket-holders at her store in [Caesar’s Palace] it was a once in a lifetime experience,” the fan gushed.

The fan said she felt sorry for Adele and noted that she could see that the singer was doing her best.
“I feel for you. I know you’re doing everything you can,” she assured Adele.

Meanwhile, one @dominic_crisonino showed himself and other fans in a call with Adele on his Instagram page last Saturday, Jan. 22. They assured her that they were not upset and were still looking forward to the shows.
“Do what you’ve got to do and we know when the time comes it’s going to be exceptional and we’ll be here cheering you on,” a fan can be heard saying.
Adele announced the postponement of her Las Vegas residency last Jan. 20, after half her crew got sick with COVID-19 and the pandemic caused delays in deliveries. The Las Vegas shows were to be the singer’s first live appearances since 2017. /ra
