Back in business

Former Sony Music Philippines bosses Narciso Chan and Vic Valenciano will be back in business soon. The two, with a few partners, are set to open a new independent record label, Curve, which will reportedly distribute a number of indie releases from abroad, as well as sign up local acts. The Inquirer caught up with Valenciano, who confirmed the news during the screening of song entries for the Philippine Pop Music Festival (Philpop). Curve will release the album containing Philpop’s top 14 finalists.
