Nadine Samonte gives birth to third baby after difficult pregnancy
Nadine Samonte has finally welcomed her third child with husband Richard Chua after a difficult first few months of pregnancy.
The actress proudly showed photos of her newborn baby girl, Harmony Saige, on her Instagram page today, Nov. 30. Samonte was at high risk of losing her baby due to her polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and antiphospholipid antibody syndrome (APAS) diagnoses.
“Everyone meet Harmony Saige Chua, our third/bunso (youngest),” Samonte announced. She then thanked her doctor for delivering all of her children thus far, especially her third child through the difficult pregnancy.
“I would like to thank my [obstetrician-gynecologist] Dra. Sua-Lao for everything. I can say she is the best doctor talga napaka talino at maalaga sobra. Without you wala akong Heather, Titus and Harmony (You are truly a smart and caring doctor. Without you, I would not have Heather, Titus and Harmony),” she said.
“I will always be thankful. Grabe ang journey ng third ko pero we survived. (My third pregnancy has not been easy, but we survived),” she added.

Samonte has been an open book about her pregnancy since June, when she first revealed that she was expecting her third child. She was rushed to the hospital due to premature contractions earlier this month. She hoped not to stay too long in the hospital if she were not to give birth soon. JB
