What Diego Loyzaga would do for love
“There will always be sacrifices when there’s something you and your partner disagree on, regarding certain matters,” said actor Diego Loyzaga, when asked about the things he was willing to sacrifice for love.
“They say that if you really love a person, you’re not supposed to ask them to change. But you yourself, you try to be a better person for the person you love, and that means you have to make some changes and sacrifice some things,” Diego, who’s currently in a relationship with actress Barbie Imperial, said in a virtual conference for the Vivamax movie “More than Blue.”
“If you love someone, you won’t do anything to hurt that person,” Diego stressed.
Meanwhile, the 26-year-old actor said he and his estranged father, Cesar Montano, have started to communicate again, after the latter contracted COVID-19 last August.
“I have been reaching out to him lately. We talk very, very briefly when he has time. He fell sick because of COVID-19 and, because of that, we were able to talk again,” he said, adding that he would like to ask him for acting tips if there’s a chance. “I hope I get to see him one of these days. I will definitely ask for a lot of tips, a lot of advice.” INQ
