MGM Studios finally released the trailer for its anticipated feature film, “House of Gucci,” on Friday, July 30.

The film stars Academy Award winner Lady Gaga, along with Jared Leto, Salma Hayek and Adam Driver.

The film is a true-crime drama that centers around the murder of fashion trailblazer Maurizio Gucci (Adam Driver), which was orchestrated by his  then wife, Patrizia Reggiani (Lady Gaga).

At the start of the trailer as a prelude to the lives of the notable fashion family, Gaga’s Reggiani says, “It was a name that sounded so sweet, so seductive, synonymous with worth, style, power, but that name was a curse too.”

The film, directed by Ridley Scott, is based on the 2001 book “The House of Gucci: A Sensational Story of Murder, Madness, Glamour, and Greed,” written by Sara Gay Forden.

Dubbed by the press as the Black Widow, Reggiani spent 18 years in prison after she was convicted of killing the grandson of Guccio Gucci. She was released in 2016.

“House of Gucci” will be released in theaters on November 24.  /ra
