P-pop band SB19 has teamed up with folk pop band Ben&Ben for a special “band version” for their song “MAPA,” which will be released on June 27.

The bands announced the release date for “MAPA” (Band Version) and encouraged their fans to pre-save the track, showing the song’s cover art on their respective Twitter accounts today, June 24. The cover art featured illustrations of the moon and the sun, the track’s title and both SB19 and Ben&Ben’s logos.

“Pre-save SB19 – MAPA (Band Version) with [Ben&Ben] on Spotify now!” SB19 stated. The announcement also came with the hashtag #SBEN19MAPA and the song’s release date “2021.06.27.”

Both bands also released concept photos throughout the past week as they teased their collaboration. The photos depicted members of both groups as they individually posed on sets with old furniture and books.

One set of concept photos featured Ben&Ben’s lead vocalists Paolo Guico and Miguel Guico with SB19’s lead rapper Pablo, as seen on SB19’s Twitter page on Tuesday, June 22.

The collaboration with SB19 is Ben&Ben’s latest partner release after working with Day6’s Young K for a reimagined version of their hit song “Leaves.” Meanwhile, SB19 is set to hold their digital concert “Back In The Zone” on July 18. JB
