New series on the BL block

The latest BL (boy’s love) romance, “Inn Love, The Series,” follows the story of Gino (VJ Mendoza), a scriptwriter for an upcoming digital campaign who visits TK Resort, after he crosses paths with freelance model Alex (Migo de Vera), who’s nursing a broken heart.
Cast includes Niel Lariosa (as Derrick, who is secretly attracted to Gino), Rey Correjado (Louise, the resort manager who admires Alex) and Anna Escobia (Leslie, Gino’s best friend).
Director Rodel Mercado says of the series, “We want viewers to relish the idea of loving with no strings attached, in contrast to the self-torture that accompanies romantic relationships with labels.”
“Inn Love, The Series,” the initial BL offering of Frontline Production Inc. and FLP Artist Management, premieres at 8 p.m. on May 29, with new episodes to be shown every Saturday on FLP’s YouTube channel and on Mulat Streaming Digital Media.
