Liza Soberano gave a romantic greeting to her boyfriend Enrique Gil on his birthday, talking about the adventures she wishes to have with him — including growing old together.
“Happy birthday to the loml (love of my life),” Soberano said through an Instagram post yesterday, March 30. Soberano’s message was accompanied by a photo of Gil as the sun sets behind him in Lake Tahoe in California.
“I can’t wait to make so many more great memories with you. To more adventures and growing old together,” she added.
Soberano also expressed disappointment in not being able to travel with Gil for his birthday, through an Instagram video post showing a vacation they had in October 2020. She noted that they would usually travel for Gil’s birthday but the pandemic has prevented them from going on adventures.
“I feel so bad ’cause you’re all cooped up at home when you should be exploring the world, but you never complain and that’s what I love about you!” she stated. “I can’t wait to travel the world again with you my travel buddy!!”
This is the second year Gil celebrated his birthday in quarantine; he marked the occasion out of town with Soberano in previous years, before the pandemic. In 2018, the actress threw him a beach-themed birthday party in Batangas, and the year after, he went on a trip to Bali with Soberano and her family. JB
