Heart Evangelista has laughed off a claim online that she is among the “entitled” celebrities who use the “artista ako (I am an actress)” card against other people.

The claim was from an alleged cabin crew member on TikTok, which another netizen shared on Twitter. Evangelista likewise addressed this on the platform on March 7, joking that the “mis-understood 2021” crown goes to her.

“Wait? Where and when? I need to know cause I don’t -,” Evangelista quoted the tweet by one netizen, who said she “just found out that Heart Evangelista is one of those celebs who look so good on social media but is actually entitled and always uses the ‘artista ako’ card.”

After Twitter user @AplPh replied that Evangelista is not entitled but “medyo parang pero mabuting tao (is like a kid but a good person),” the actress-model said she admits being “maarte (nitpicky).”

“I mean I’m not an angel so far from being perfect but I’d rather they say ‘she’s so maarte!’ Let’s just state the obvious cause I can’t deny that,” Evangelista quipped.

The original Twitter user who posted the claim on the platform then explained, “hi! I’m not a big fan of Heart and I just saw the comment on Tiktok from a cabin crew, and was surprised [because] I like Heart.”

Evangelista then found this “weird,” recalling that the only time she had a bad experience on a plane was when she asked for help and got ignored by staff.

“[One] time I asked if they can help me with my luggage cause I just had a miscarriage and I wasn’t allowed to carry anything heavy but the guy gave me a look so I ended up doing it myself,” she said.

“He wasn’t [Pinoy] so he didn’t know me at all [smiley] Baka naartehan Lang siguro sakin kasi naka heels ako [smiley] (most of the time) one [thing’s] for sure … I would never be ‘feelingera,'” Evangelista continued in another tweet.

The Twitter user then sided with Evangelista, saying that it was rude of the crew member to do that to her and that the actress does not need to explain herself.

“I didn’t believe it [naman], I was just surprised na [kasama] ka doon sa list [niya],” she added, referring to the alleged cabin crew’s claim. (I didn’t believe it anyway. I was just surprised that you were on the list.)

“I don’t think he’s rude [smiley] sometimes you need to get to know the person first siguro [smiley] natural that some people judge you [smiley] that’s fine [smiley] you can’t win them all,” Evangelista then replied.

After another Twitter user complained about Evangelista, of all celebrities, is being accused of such behavior, Evangelista noted that she just mostly prays during flights.

“Ok Lang yan [smiley] usually pag sa plane tahimik Lang naman din ako cause I am most probably praying the rosary sa takot ! Ok Lang yun [smiley],” she tweeted.

“Ok good night na [smiley] napasilip lang sa Twitter [white heart emoji] keep safe everyone [smiley] bashers, one day magiging ok din tayo [smiley] one night of karaoke Lang yan [smiley] friends na tayo [smiley],” Evangelista said in another tweet.

(Okay good night now. I just took a look at Twitter. Keep safe everyone. Bashers, one day we will be okay. It will only take one night of karaoke and we will be friends.)

Evangelista also apparently ended things on a good note with the Twitter user, as the latter seemingly regretted having her negative tweet about the actress the one that was noticed by Evangelista herself.

Haha sorry na [smiley] love you back [smiley],” Evangelista told the netizen.  /ra
