Sisters Yassi and Issa Pressman paid tribute to their late father, Ronald, as they marked the first anniversary of his passing on Feb. 6.
The sisters took to their own Instagram accounts to remember their father, both emphasizing that they still miss him every day.
“It’s been a year for you, and also feels like the end of an era for me. Miss u mucho,” the “Ang Probinsyano” star posted yesterday, Feb. 9, accompanied by a photo of a blue sky.
In a subsequent post also made yesterday, Yassi shared a video tribute that included snippets from Ronald’s life, as well as clips from his wake.
“In your loving memory, Papa. We miss you [white heart emoji] This time last year. Thank you to every single person that was in his life, and every single person that was there for us,” she said.
Issa likewise shared how much he misses his father, posting on Feb. 7, “I miss you, still do and forever will. It’s been a year since you’ve been making people happy up there with your charm.”
“I know someday we’ll dance together again, but til then, your baby is going to live and value life…exactly how you taught me to. You’re the best pops, you’re my energy,” the doting daughter added, sharing photos and videos of her father.
Ronald, fondly known as Ronnie, died at the age of 90 on Feb. 6, 2020, after reportedly suffering from complications due to old age. /ra
