Michelle Madrigal is now more confident than ever as she marked the first year since the removal of her breast implants, which she admitted were not for her.

Madrigal took to Instagram yesterday, Dec. 11, to express her relief over her decision to remove them over 10 years after she got them when she was 18.

“Let me tell you… I have never felt so empowered and confident even with my smaller breasts. Clothes fit me better and I am able to move freely,” the actress said.

“My body feels healthier since my implant removal,” Madrigal added.

Madrigal’s post came with photos of herself including one with her holding up the implants she had removed from her breasts.

While she celebrates being free from implants, Madrigal, a fitness coach based in the United States, noted that she is not judging those who choose to get and keep them.

“No judgements here… if it makes you happy, do it,” she said. “But do your research and make sure that it is something you truly want in the long run.”

In her vlog last year in which she talked about her implants, Madrigal revealed that she got a boob job back then because she felt insecure.

When she had them removed last year, the actress stressed that she felt “so much lighter with my chest” and that she feels “like I’m free.”

Last June, six months after the removal, Madrigal also looked back at her decision and shared that she feels “more like myself” and is “perfectly fine.”  /ra
