KC Concepcion auctions off gowns, to donate proceeds to fishing communities
KC Concepcion is auctioning off her pre-loved gowns to raise funds and donate to fishing communities affected by the recent typhoons.
The actress, who has been actively taking part in relief efforts, said buyers will be providing “immediate relief and help our fishing communities rebuild their lives,” as seen on her Instagram post on Nov. 22.
Concepcion is selling off her gowns through the Instagram page of her shop, KC’s Closet.
“Your purchases will help rebuild the lives of our fishermen who have lost their boats, homes and livelihoods in the recent back-to-back typhoons Rolly & Ulysses,” the actress noted.

All proceeds from the gowns auctioned off from 7 p.m. last Sunday until 7 p.m. tonight, Nov. 25, will go to the World Wildlife Fund for Nature Philippines’ (WWF Philippines) “Project Silong.”
Interested buyers can bid through the comments section of the gowns posted on the said shop on Instagram.
Aside from gowns, Concepcion last week announced that through her jewelry line, Avec Moi by Kristina, she has been personally designing handcrafted jewelry that is being sold to likewise raise funds for typhoon victims.
Earlier last week, Concepcion joined Ruffa Gutierrez and her daughters, among many others, to personally hand relief goods to the victims of Typhoon Ulysses in Cagayan. /ra
