WATCH: Kokoy De Santos torn between Barbie Imperial and Alex Diaz in trailer for BL ‘Oh Mando’
What happens when you find the girl perfect for you—but your heart is drawn to someone else? And what happens if it is another man?
Kokoy De Santos’ character Armando deals with a confused heart and his own journey of self-discovery in Boys’ Love (BL) series “Oh Mando,” which dropped its trailer today, Oct. 28.
It seems Armando has found his match with Imperial’s Krisha, his co-star in the school production of “Romeo and Juliet.” But he cannot deny the attraction he feels for Barry (Alex Diaz), even if he says, “Hindi ako bakla (I am not gay)!”
Though “Oh Mando” comes after a string of Filipino BLs released during the pandemic, production began back in February. This is De Santos’ second BL starrer after portraying the confident and lovable Gavreel in The IdeaFirst Company’s hit online series “Gameboys.”
Directed by Eduardo Roy Jr. and produced by Dreamscape Entertainment, the series is set to drop on Nov. 5 in iWant TFC. /ra
