Ice Seguerra assured that his love for his wife, Liza Diño, only grows stronger every day despite the many changes they have gone through as a couple.

Seguerra penned the heartwarming message on Instagram earlier today, Oct. 14, to celebrate the date, which he yearly does. Despite the annual ritual, the musician has yet to disclose the reason why this day is special.

Nalilimutan mag celebrate, kumain sa labas,” he said. “Totoo yun, maraming nag bago.

(It is true that sometimes, we forget to greet each other on our special days. We forget to celebrate and eat outside. It is true that many things have changed. But we would never let these changes change what we have.)

(My fondness for you will never change. Your beauty, from then until now, I will never get tired of admiring.)

(I will never stop being grateful every day because you are my wife and my best friend. My admiration for you will never change, from your wonderful cooking, dancing and acting.)

Seguerra went to list other things that will “never change,” such as his admiration for Diño’s achievements, both then and in the future. He also added how he finds amusing the different personalities of Diño, the head of the Film Development Council of the Philippines, noting that she can turn “from leader to baby in the blink of an eye.”

(My feelings hasn’t changed when you hug me, hold my hand or when you kiss me.)

Happy 14th!”

(But one thing changed. I love you more now than yesterday and it only grows every time I wake up. The times may change, but I assure you that I will always choose you every day and every change that will come in our lives. I love you so much, my wife. Happy 14th!)

The couple last January celebrated their fifth wedding anniversary in Sagada. They married on Dec. 8, 2014 in California, where same-sex marriage is legal. A month later, they held a symbolic marriage ceremony in the Philippines. JB
