MANILA, Philippines—No arrests were made by the Manila International Airport Authority’s police intelligence and investigation department (PIID) after Sunday’s “rumble” at the NAIA Terminal 3 between Philippine Daily Inquirer columnist Ramon Tulfo and a group of men, including actor Raymart Santiago.

Lieutenant Demterio Sison, PIID officer in charge, said they “have yet to determine the suspects in this incident. That is why, no arrests were made by NAIA 3 policemen.”

“Right now, we have two sets of complainants. Mr. Tulfo on one side and Claudine Barretto and husband, Raymart Santiago, on the other. We are still investigating the case,” Sison told the Philippine Daily Inquirer.

Initial police investigation disclosed that Tulfo got into a fistfight with the group of Raymart Santiago after the columnist used his cell phone to take pictures of the actress while she was berating an airline staff for her lost luggage, according to the columnist.

“We’re still trying to find out who started the fight,” said Sison, who observed “may maga sa mukha si Mr. Tulfo.”

Tulfo, on the other hand, accidentally kicked Barretto’s leg.

The fistfight took place around 11 a.m. at the NAIA 3 baggage claim area.

Tulfo, a passenger of a domestic flight from Davao City, reportedly chanced upon Santiago and Barretto who were among the passengers of Cebu Pacific flight 5J 896 from Boracay
