K-pop girl group Twice will be holding an online concert called “TWICE: World in A Day” on Aug. 9.

The South Korean group made the announcement on its official Facebook page last Friday, July 17. The event will be live-streamed at 3 p.m. Korean Standard Time (2 p.m. in the Philippines) via the streaming application V Live, as per Soompi on the same day.

Twice is also working with the Beyond LIVE platform launched by SM Entertainment and Naver for the concert. The platform features live sync camera walking, enhanced 3D graphics, and connects to fans’ light sticks so they change in color according to the current song a certain artist is performing.

Twice is the first group not under SM Entertainment to work with Beyond LIVE for an online concert, the report stated.

The nine-member girl group was formed by JYP Entertainment and made its debut back in 2015. Some of their most famous hits include “TT”, “What is Love?” and  “Feel Special”. Ryan Arcadio/JB
