Catriona Gray’s lawyer decries ‘fake’ topless photo: ‘Vicious attempt to tarnish her good name’
Catriona Gray’s legal counsel has slammed the spread of a “fake” photo allegedly showing the beauty queen topless.
“We strongly denounce this vicious attempt to tarnish the good name of Ms. Gray,” Atty. Joji Alonso said in a statement today, July 19, as seen on Cornerstone Entertainment’s Instagram page.
The statement said that the photo has been shared online and that “a certain tabloid will be releasing it.”
“We want to inform the public that the photo is fake digitally altered,” she wrote.
Alonso said legal action will be taken against whoever was “involved in the manufacture and publication of said photo.”
