“Spider-Man” star Tom Holland shared with fans that he has undergone a COVID-19 swab test as he gets back to work for an unspecified project.

The young actor took to his Instagram Stories yesterday, July 8, to share short clips of the said test which he apparently “smashed.”

“First day back!” he wrote on his first story, showing a smiling Holland getting ready – and seemingly looking a little nervous – as the health worker prepares the swab.

Holland then coughs several times, raising one arm and one foot in the process, as the swab was inserted into his mouth. The Marvel star then let out a quick “f*ck me” right after the test, which he did not really seem to enjoy very much.

While Holland did not disclose any more information on the project he is working on, the test may have been for the “Uncharted” film that was set to start filming right before the pandemic.

Holland last April disclosed in an interview with Jimmy Kimmel that they were about to start filming the said movie when production was halted along with most projects because of COVID-19.

The “Spider-Man” actor is set to take on the role of adventurer and treasure hunter Nathan Drake for the said film, which is based on the “Uncharted” video game series developed by Naughty Dog.

Holland is also set to star in a Russo brothers project, the upcoming crime drama “Cherry”, where he will be playing Nico Walker. The character is “a former Army medic who returned from Iraq with extreme undiagnosed PTSD, fell into opioid addiction and began robbing banks,” as per Variety in March 2019.

“Cherry” has wrapped shooting back in February while the Russo brothers are finishing up the film amid the quarantine, Joe Russo told Collider in an interview last April. JB
