Pokwang remembers late comedian Chokoleit on his birthday

A little over a year after Chokoleit’s passing, fellow comedian Pokwang did not fail to greet her good friend, whom she fondly calls “Chokie,” on his birthday yesterday, June 25.
Pokwang (real name: Marietta Subong) remembered the late comedian via Instagram yesterday, sharing photos of them with other friends and fellow entertainers K Brosas and Pooh (real names: Maria Carmela Brosas and Jay Patrick Roquero, respectively).
“Happy birthday Chokie….. I Miss you so much,” Pokwang said.

Chokoleit (real name: Jonathan Aguilar Garcia) died shortly after a performance in Abra in March 2019. He died of pulmonary edema and heart attack. He was 46 years old.
Pokwang last March also marked Chokoleit’s first death anniversary by honoring and remembering him via social media, leaving a heartfelt message to the comedian, who is also the godfather of her daughter Malia.
“Kagaya ng pinangako ko hindi ka mawawala sa mga dasal ko araw araw yan,” Pokwang then reassured her late friend.
