Despite being away from each other due to the enhanced community quarantine, actress Gabbi Garcia found a way to send some love to her boyfriend and fellow actor Khalil Ramos, by making him sweet treats.
Ramos raved about the crinkles and cinnamon buns Garcia made, via Twitter yesterday, May 25.
“Appreciation post for my fave person in the world!” he said. “[She] baked me ‘cinnabubs’ and ‘crinkhals’ (lol) from scratch yesterday!”
Ramos said the actress got too tired after baking that she fell asleep while in the middle of their video call. The actor showed a few shots of Garcia’s pastries as well.

Garcia revealed that it was her first time baking, as per her Instagram post last Sunday, May 24. Aside from crinkles and cinnamon rolls, the actress also made cookies.
“I had a hard time, but it was really fun!” she said. “Not bad for a [first-time] baker (hearts emoji) these will be delivered to you tomorrow, @khalilramos!”
Since Garcia and Ramos cannot physically meet due to the existing lockdown, the couple previously came up with a creative way to bond together, by doing a photoshoot using Zoom.
The couple also spearheaded a fundraiser for the benefit of several hospital workers in Metro Manila, through their initiative #PayItForward. JB
