The “Avengers” cast assembled one more time for the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards on Saturday, May 2 (May 3 in Manila).
After “Avengers: Endgame” was voted Favorite Movie, Scarlett Johansson, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth and Jeremy Renner appeared in individual videos to receive the award.
While Renner reminded kids that they are “stronger together,” Hemsworth remained competitive, saying that he was the “strongest obviously” in the group.
“Stay safe, stay strong,” Ruffalo told viewers, while Downey Jr. said the iconic line in “Endgame”: “Love you, 3000.”
Along with Downey Jr.’s Iron Man, Johansson, Ruffalo, Evans, Hemsworth and Renner respectively played Black Widow, Hulk, Captain America, Thor and Hawkeye for about a decade in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
The Kids’ Choice Awards was hosted virtually for the first time amid the coronavirus pandemic. JB
