Richard Yap marks 25th anniversary with wife Melody: ‘The wind beneath my wings’
Richard Yap marked 25 years of marriage with his wife, Melody, with a short yet heartfelt message for her.
“Celebrating our 25th Anniversary today with my love, the wind beneath my wings and my forever partner and best friend,” the actor said on his Instagram page last Monday, April 27.

He accompanied his post with a photo of them looking sophisticated in black outfits. Yap wore a black polo and slacks paired with a gray patterned coat, while Melody was in a long-sleeved black dress that ended below her knees.
“Even though we’re in [enhanced community quaratine], the most important thing is that we’re together through all this,” Yap said.
“Here’s to the next 25 years and beyond!” he expressed. “Cheers my love!”
Yap and Melody have two children together, a daughter named Ashley and a son named Dylan.
Yap is well known for starring in the 2011 TV series “My Binondo Girl” and the 2012 TV drama “Be Careful with My Heart.” He last starred in the 2018 show “Kadenang Ginto,” alongside Dimples Romana and Beauty Gonzalez. /ra
