Vicki Belo’s company to donate 1,000 meals a day to COVID-19 frontliners
Celebrity doctor Vicki Belo’s company, Belo Medical Group, will be handing out 1,000 meals a day to COVID-19 frontliners for the duration of the quarantine period.
She and her team began distributing the food yesterday, March 24, as seen in her Instagram post on the same day.
“The resilience, and dedication of our frontliners have inspired all of us to care for our community, and to value our commitment in helping others in various ways,” Belo said.

She then added that her company will be supplying 1,000 meals daily to workers in over 20 hospitals and local government units throughout the enhanced community quarantine imposed on Luzon.
Article continues after this advertisementHer team has already reached out to institutions such as the Tondo Medical Center, San Lazaro Hospital and the University of Santo Tomas Hospital, as seen in the photos accompanying her post. For the duration of the quarantine, they will also be donating meals to various medical centers in San Juan, Manila, Pasig, Taguig, Makati and Quezon City.

He also expressed his gratitude to TV host Tim Yap, Angkas, Cloud Eats, Hirayang Kabataan and Salamat PH Healthcare Heroes for joining the initiative.
