Glamorous Star always falls for wrong guy

ISKO Moreno: Role model to his kids

Glamorous Star has the habit of falling for the wrong guy every time.

Her previous partners were all either womanizers or physical/emotional abusers. GS stumbled down this rocky road again when she fell for a Handsome Hunk, who then unceremoniously dumped her for a Stunning Transgender.

But GS quickly bounced back with a New Love who is also in the public eye. No sooner had she done so when rumors cropped up again, questioning NL’s sexual preference, because suspiciously, NL had gone out of his way to work with a Young Hunk recently.

FEATURED STORIES

Social put-down

It seems Seasoned Actress has internalized her role as cruel socialite so well that she now has a problem separating fact from fiction.

A TV crew allegedly went to the home of SA for an interview. While waiting for her, the crew members sat down in the sofa in the living room. When SA arrived, first thing she said was not Hi or Hello. Instead SA reprimanded her guests’ impertinence: “Who told you to sit in my couch? That’s quite expensive!”

Scent of a man

Cute Hunk is a certified dreamboat—except that he has serious hygiene problems that make it a nightmare for people who work with him!

RUFFA Gutierrez wants to interview her ex, Yilmaz Bektas.-----------

Press members visited the set of his latest project recently and had a first-hand whiff of CH’s body odor.

One reporter plans to gift CH with supplements that may possibly rid him of this unfortunate problem.

“His BO might be caused by a medical problem,” a concerned mole has suggested.

Stretch and sensibility

Beautiful Actress was supposedly welcomed with open arms by colleagues at a TV network.

But unknown to BA, Sexy Starlet has been bad-mouthing her incessantly.

SS is allegedly spreading the rumor that BA takes hours in the makeup room to conceal the various stretch marks all over her body.

But stretch marks can always be masked by cosmetics—unlike a foul character.

XIAN Lim: Can’t please everyone

Interestingly, SS and BA once worked under one roof before reuniting in the new studio.

Competition rears its ugly head again?

Vile nudity

Senior Hunk was once the toast of the gay community.

SH was desired by gays and matrons alike. Vices and gravity soon caught up with SH who is no longer as luscious as before.

SH however, has retained his exhibitionist streak. On the set of a new project, SH disrobed, showing off his family jewels to a stunned Sexy Star.

Instead of seducing SS, SH succeeded in making her regurgitate her lunch.

SS was apparently revulsed by the sight of the naked, aging SH.

Simple celebration

Like her older sister Anne, Jasmine Curtis-Smith loves to sing.

KYLA says she’s not pregnant.

For her 18th birthday on April 6, she decided to forgo a lavish party and instead had a karaoke session with family and friends.

Last week, she hosted another karaoke jam at Red Box, TriNoma as her post-birthday treat for the press. She gamely sang “Love Story” by Taylor Swift, “Firework” by Katy Perry, “Nothing” by The Script and interestingly, “Basang-basa sa Ulan” by Aegis.

As a gift for herself, Jasmine treated her mom to a shopping spree, but also donated money to the Cribs Foundation. “I want to be practical in spending money. I’m not in favor of spending so much on myself in just one night. I’d rather use it for something more productive like charities,” she said.

Pops and golf

“Golf is a nice way to get together, and help young entrepreneurs,” said Pops Fernandez, who is a co-organizer of The All-Star Golf Cup slated on May 14 at the Alabang Country Club.

The event, spearheaded by the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI), brings together leaders in government and the business community, as well as show biz celebrities. Proceeds will be used to fund the PCCI’s youth development programs.

POPS Fernandez: Golf and show biz mix.

Asked if she invited her ex, Martin Nievera, to join the tourney, Pops said: “We’re going on a concert tour this April. I have a month to make him kulit.”

Top of the Talk Shows

For those who missed last weekend’s TV gabfests (and why we are moved, if we are moved):

Kris Bernal on being told that Jake Vargas has a crush on her: “May nagkaka– crush pala sa ’kin? In fairness, ah!” (And why not? Ganda mo kaya!)

Zac Efron, asked about the Philippines: “I’ve always wanted to come. I’ve heard so many great stories … I wanna surf . . . dive . . . hang out in the Philippines . . . I have a lot of Filipino connections . . . My ex-girlfriend’s half-Filipino!” (Wanna make your next GF a full-blooded Filipino? Come on over! It’s more fun here!)

Kyla on rumors that she’s pregnant: “Ay, ’di pa nga po, eh! Sayang! Siguro kasi dahil sa ang sarap nang magluto ni Rich [Alvarez], eh medyo nag-ge-gain ako ng weight!” (Better luck next time.)

Isko Moreno, asked what values he instils in his kids: “The importance of what they have. Education . . . lagi ko silang pinu-push. At higit sa lahat, pinaiiwas ko silang makasakit ng kapwa.” (A lot of men should learn to do the same.)

Ruffa Gutierrez on who she wants to interview this year: “Gusto ko si Yilmaz Bektas. Gusto ko siyang tanungin ng maraming-maraming mga bagay [like], ‘Bakit siya nananakit?’” (Best to keep moving forward. And he is NOT forward.)

Derek Ramsay on his relationship with Angelica Panganiban: “I guess we’ve found that perfect formula that keeps going forward.” (If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.)

Xian Lim on criticism that he’s untalented: “Nung pumasok naman ako sa industry na ’to, I knew you can’t please everyone.” (But you’re pleasing a lot of people so you’re doing fine)!

Luis Manzano, asked who’s the better kisser between Jennylyn Mercado and John Lloyd Cruz: “‘Yung kay Jen it’s love. ’Yung kay John Lloyd it’s lust, eh!” (Very revealing!)

Tin Patrimonio on being Alvin Patrimonio’s daughter: “It’s hard din. It’s a lot of pressure, lalo sa sports kasi athlete ’yung dad ko. Kapag natalo ako [sa tennis], sasabihin nila, ‘Ay, ganyan ba ang Patrimonio?’ Pero mas namo-motivate naman ako lalo to do better.” (Daddy will be very proud, regardless of what others say).

Janice de Belen on son Luigi Muhlach’s drug use in the past: “Nung time na nagda-drugs siya, it was so hard for me na maniwala sa ibang tao at tanggapin na hindi ko siya napalaki nang maayos. Kasi kapag single parent ka at maayos ’yung nangyayari sa anak mo, hindi mo naman makukuha ’yung credit, eh. Pero kapag napariwara ang anak mo, ikaw lang mag-isa ang may kasalanan.” (Thank goodness he has kicked it off.)
