Heidi Klum and her husband Tom Kaulitz are taking extra precautions while they are both ill and awaiting their COVID-19 test results.
The supermodel shared on Instagram yesterday, March 15, a video of her and the Tokio Hotel guitarist, sharing a kiss through a glass pane.
Klum explained their self-quarantine situation: “Like many of you, I also have been sick all week and, unfortunately, my husband who returned from his tour a couple of days ago is also feeling ill.”
“To be safe, we are staying apart until we get the results of our Coronavirus tests (that we were finally able to get today) back.”
“As much as I want to embrace him and kiss him, it is more important to do the right thing and not spread further,” she stressed.
She urged followers to comply with social distancing measures so that the coronavirus could be contained: “Please listen to the officials and stay at home if you can and physically distance yourself from other people… especially if you are not feeling well.”
Klum has been away from judging duties on “America’s Got Talent” over the past week due to her illness.
The couple exchanged vows in a secret ceremony in California last February 2019. They had a second ceremony in Italy last August. JB
