Evangelista revealed her choice to cancel her trips following a report that Vietnamese heiress Nga Nguyen tested positive for COVID-19 after attending fashion week shows in Europe.
The 27-year-old heiress attended events including fashion shows by Saint Laurent in Paris and Gucci in Milan, as per South China Morning Post on March 8. Her sister, who joined her on the trip, also tested positive for the disease caused by the novel coronavirus.
