Former child actor Carl John Barrameda married his non-showbiz partner Nikolai Cimatu last Saturday, March 8, making him the first “Goin Bulilit” star to tie the knot.

The two tied the knot in a garden ceremony in Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar in Quezon City, as seen in writer Josel Garlitos’ Instagram post on the same day.

“[A] milestone! [F]irst Bulilit to get married!” he said as he congratulated the couple on their wedding.

Garlitos also included photos of him with the newlyweds and Barrameda’s “Goin Bulilit” co-stars such as Miles Ocampo, John Manalo, Katrina Legaspi, Igi Boy Flores and CJ Navato. One of the program’s directors, Badjie Mortez, was also present at the event.

Meanwhile, Manalo uploaded a picture of Barrameda as well, showing him in a suit complete with a boutonnière.

“Kakasal ka na (You are getting married) dodong,” Manalo said.

The children’s sketch comedy show premiered in February 2005 and aired its last episode in August 2019. Aside from Barrameda and his co-stars, “Goin Bulilit” also served as a launchpad for actors such as Kathryn Bernardo, Nash Aguas and Julia Montes. JB
