It is no secret that television host Kim “Kuya Kim” Atienza leads a healthy and active lifestyle—and his wife, Felicia, has the same knack for fitness, if not more.

Atienza took to Instagram yesterday, March 6, to share a “proud hubby” moment: 51-year-old Felicia’s mirror selfie showed off her fit physique that’s most impressive for her age.

“Anong panama ni J Lo (What can Jennifer Lopez do to match this)? #humblebrag #proudhubby,” Atienza said on his repost of his wife’s photo.

Felicia, a known fitness enthusiast, wore a white two-piece bikini and a white cap as she exposed her toned abs and athletic figure to her followers.

“Grateful at 51 [years old]. Ladies, own your story, stand tall, silence your excuses. Love yourself. #bathroomselfie,” Felicia posted on her own Instagram account.

Other than being a fitness enthusiast, the 51-year-old Wharton graduate is the president of the Philippine Eagle Foundation and runs two international schools in Manila: the Chinese International School, which she founded, and the Domuschola International School.

Felicia last January revealed to followers that she was able to achieve her six-pack after one year of hard work.

“STRONG not SKINNY! +7 pounds. Same clothing size. More confident. Don’t be afraid to lift and EAT, ladies,” she posted on Instagram on Jan. 6. “This was my one year journey of learning, self-awareness, consistency, perseverance, forgiveness and love.”

“Am grateful to my Coach @itsmarlone who encouraged me to eat and patiently guided my progress and to my hubby @kuyakim_atienza who loves me no matter what!” she added.

Atienza also previously shared on his own Instagram account his 10-year transformation, thanking “the gift of Triathlon” for helping him lead a healthier and fit lifestyle after suffering from a stroke in 2010.  /ra
