Inday Sara gushes over ‘Crash Landing On You’ star Hyun Bin

MANILA, Philippines — Sara Duterte-Carpio couldn’t hide her excitement as she had her photo taken with Korean actor Hyun Bin—sort of.

In an Instagram post by the presidential daughter and Davao City mayor on Saturday, Duterte-Carpio shared an edited photo of herself as “Crash Landing On You” character  Yoon Se-ri, played by Son Ye-Jin.

Duterte-Carpio also appeared smiling next to Hyun’s character in the Korean series, Ri Jeong-hyuk.

“Hyun Bin posters for sale [emoji] edits by ztl and staff,” Duterte-Carpio’s Instagram photo caption read.

Followers of the presidential daughter were amused by her post, with one saying that Duterte-Carpio even beat her in editing the photo first.

Another follower, meanwhile, even jokingly asked: “Bagay Ma’am! Magkano po poster (You look good together, Ma’am! How much is the poster?)”

And one Instagram follower of the mayor expressed how “kilig” she was through several emojis.

“Crash Landing on You” tells the love story of a South Korean heiress (Son) and a North Korean captain (Hyun).  The series premiered in South Korea in December 2019.
