Post Malone surprised club-goers when he handed out bundles of cash that amounted to $50,000 (over P2.5 million) at a nightclub last Saturday, Feb. 1.

The singer gave away the amount in one-dollar bills at a nightclub in Miami, United States, TMZ reported on the same day. Moments after, the “Sunflower” vocalist uploaded a clip of him handing out the stacks of money on his TikTok page.

Before Post Malone began giving the money away, men who appear to work for the singer handed boxes filled with cash to him. A man out of the video’s frame chimed in and asked how much money was being given to Post Malone.

Another man offscreen simply replied, “50.”

A group of men carrying boxes later made their way to the singer. The men were joined by women carrying sparkling candles, which were also used to decorate the tops of the cartons. It is unclear if the boxes also contained cash since they were closed.

Post Malone and his crew spent the rest of the night giving away the rest of the $50,000, as per report.

The next day, Post Malone explained to TMZ that he likes to give his friends and others money when he goes for a night out, instead of spending it on women at a strip club. Ryan Arcadio/JB
