KC Concepcion gave a rare peek into a date with dad Gabby Concepcion as they had dinner yesterday, Feb. 2.
The date comes after her “Ask Me Anything” on Instagram Stories, where a fan wondered if she was still able to see her dad. KC replied with a screenshot of a text from him which said, “Where tonight?”

Later in the evening, she updated her Instagram Stories with a video of her meeting her father.
“Look who my handsome date is,” she announced, panning the camera to her dad who had already started eating. Her Instagram Stories post on the meeting can be viewed from the fan account @shagab_forever58.
She chided him for eating raw food, saying that he should be careful because of the coronavirus outbreak. “Raw ba ‘to (Is this raw)?” Gabby asked, unfazed, and continued with his meal. He then invited his daughter to order her meal.
KC also assured a fan on Instagram Stories that she remains close to her half-sister Garie Concepcion.
“So good! We’re close. I love my sister,” she said, sharing their affectionate messages to one another.

Distant with mom Sharon?
While KC is truly a daddy’s girl, her mom Sharon Cuneta opened up about the distance she felt from her daughter in January.
Cuneta spoke up on their relationship after KC gave her a birthday greeting on Instagram. The Megastar said she hardly sees her eldest daughter, even during holidays like Christmas and New Year’s Day.

“I follow you on IG of course, but as your Mama I wish I didn’t have to find out where you are or what you’re doing at the same time as the public does,” Cuneta said in an emotional Instagram post earlier last month.
KC has so far been mum on social media about their relationship. JB
