MANILA, Philippines — The Jan. 14 show of Filipino-American standup comedian Jo Koy at the Pacific Grand Ballroom of Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino has been moved to Jan. 17, promoter MMI Live announced.
The announcement, which cited “uncertainty of flight schedules” caused by the Taal Volcano eruption, came with a video of Jo Koy who asked people to send out prayers to those suffering from the situation, which continues to pose a threat to lives and property.
A second show on Jan. 15 at the Mall of Asia Arena will push through.
Ticket-holders to the Cebu show who want a refund may call SM Tickets at (02) 8470-2222.
