Makisig Morales marks first wedding anniversary with beauty queen Nicole Joson
Former child star Makisig Morales is starting the decade right as he recently celebrated his wedding first anniversary with Filipino-Australian beauty queen Nicole Joson.
Morales, 23, assured Joson that their bond will overcome whatever challenges they may face as they enter a new year in their marriage, he stated on Instagram last Wednesday, Jan. 8.
“Happy [one] year anniversary my Love,” he said. “Maraming challenges na nangyari sa 2019 at ganun din ngayong 2020 pero ang importante ay we will face it together!”
(We had a lot of challenges in 2019 and 2020 will be the same, but what is important is that we will face it together!)
“Stay fun-loving-energetic-weirdong tao na minahal ko (that I loved). I love you so much. [emoji] P.S I love you [emoji] @_nicolejoson_,” he added.

Article continues after this advertisementThe 21-year-old Joson echoed the same sentiments, acknowledging how 2019 was tough, but they were able to overcome it all the same.
“Happy 1st year Anniversary to My Better-in-Every-Way Half. It’s been a tough year, but our love is tougher,” Joson said on Instagram on the same day. “For better and for worse I love you.”

Although an exact date was not disclosed, reports confirmed that the couple got married early last year in Australia. They got engaged in September 2018.
Morales is known for his role as the child superhero Super Inggo way back 2006, in the Emmy-nominated fantaserye of the same name. He took a break from showbiz in 2014 after his family moved to Australia, but returned to TV in 2018 for “Bagani“. JB
