How to catch 2019 MMFF parade, awards night anywhere in the world

MANILA, Philippines — Want to catch Parade of the Stars and the Gabi ng Parangal Red Carpet of the 2019 Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) events but cannot travel? Here’s good news for you: Its highlights will be made available on Facebook Watch.

The Parade of the Stars will be held on December 22 while the Gabi ng Parangal will be held on December 27.

“Sa loob ng 45 years na indinaraos ang MMFF, ito ang unang pagkakataon na mapapanood ng ating mga kababayan ang MMFF highlights sa Facebook Watch. Masaya kaming ibahagi ang MMFF highlights sa ating mga kababayan, para mapanood nila ito nang live at libre, nasaan man sila sa mundo,” said Danny Lim, overall chairman of the MMFF.

(In MMFF’s 45-year-history, this is the first time that our countrymen will be able to watch MMFF highlights on Facebook Watch. We are happy to share MMFF highlights to our countrymen so that they can watch it for free, wherever they are in the world.)

The highlights will be available live on Viva Entertainment’s Facebook page as they partner with Facebook for the project.

MMFF’s 45th edition will open on Christmas Day, December 25.
