Alex Gonzaga jetted off to the Big Apple for a getaway with two of her friends.
The vlogger arrived in New York City last Thursday, Oct. 31, as per her Instagram post on the same day.
Days after her arrival, Gonzaga made sure to visit one of the many iconic attractions in the city — the Statue of Liberty.
“First time to see the statue of liberty this close,” she said in her Instagram post last Monday, Nov. 4.
“It’s so liberating pala. Weh?” she jested.
After seeing the statue, the vlogger made her way to The Metropolitan Museum of Art or “The Met.”
Gonzaga showed off her flair for fashion as she struck a pose on the steps of the popular museum.
She wore an orange turtleneck paired with high-waisted blue jeans and black boots. The vlogger completed her ensemble with a full-length black coat and a pair of sunglasses.
Gonzaga’s trip around the city did not stop there. Aside from her visit to the museum, she went to the New York Public Library.
She did not pass on the chance for a picture near the building’s facade and posed while crossing the street in front of it, as seen in a separate post yesterday, Nov. 6. Gonzaga donned a tan top paired with beige pants. She completed the look with a fluffy cream jacket and clean white sneakers.
Gonzaga also shared a quirky moment with her friends, actor Fifth Solomon Pagotan and businesswoman Janna Pablo.
The vlogger ended her time in the city with a visit to the famous Brooklyn Bridge, as seen in her post today, Nov. 7. She posed by the iconic tourist attraction while clad in a white turtleneck sweater worn under a green one-piece outfit.
Aside from producing vlog posts on her YouTube channel, she also stars alongside her older sister Toni in the TV sitcom “Home Sweetie Home”. JB
