LOOK: Sheena Halili’s colorful bridal shower in Harajuku, Japan

Actress Sheena Halili fulfilled her dream of having her bridal shower in the colorful district of Harajuku in Tokyo, Japan, last Saturday, Nov. 2. Halili is engaged to her non-showbiz boyfriend Jeron Manzanero.

“Miss to Mrs!” the actress declared in her Instagram post on Sunday, Nov. 3. “Thank you sa lahat ng naging part ng bridal shower ko yesterday (Thank you to everyone who was part of my bridal shower yesterday)!”

Halili donned a white robe with different flowers printed onto it as she posed on top of a bed, together with some party favors. The actress appeared to be eager to tie the knot as she happily held a sign that read “Miss To Mrs!”

Staying true to the colorful and quirky nature of the said Japanese district, Halili stayed in a room lit by a bright purple neon sign and enclosed by cage-like walls.

Halili also shared a sweet moment with some of her friends who were dressed in similar robes, as seen in a separate Instagram post on Monday, Nov. 4.

Halili and her four companions sat amid numerous pink balloons and six larger rose-gold ones which spelled out “SHEENA.” Two of her female friends even looked like locals from the fashion district as they completed their looks with vibrant pink wigs.

“Napaka gandang ala-ala nitong binigay ninyo sa akin,” Halili said. “Natupad pangarap ko maging KAWAII at Ariana Grande ng isang araw!”

(What a beautiful memory it is you gave me. My dream of being kawaii and Ariana Grande for one day has been fulfilled!)

Halili and Manzanero got engaged in August 2018, after he surprised her with a proposal while inside a movie theater.  /ra
