LOOK: KC Concepcion finally lays eyes on ‘The Kiss’ in Vienna

KC Concepcion jetted off to Vienna, Austria, days after she returned to Manila for her mother Sharon Cuneta’s recent concert with Regine Velasquez.

The actress landed in the European city last Wednesday, Oct. 23, as per her Instagram post on the same day.

Prior to landing in the city, Concepcion revealed that she had never been to Vienna, and was visiting the place to celebrate something she had “never experienced before.”

The first place to see on her list was the Vienna City Hall in Rathaus. Concepcion likened the building to a gothic cathedral, but reminded her fans and followers that it was where the city’s mayor works.

“Imagine the Mayor coming to work here everyday?” She said.

Concepcion could not help but wax sentimental as she walked around the city. She shared a moment of her touching the walls of one European limestone building on her Instagram Stories yesterday. She said that the buildings reminded her of the time she lived and studied in Paris.

She then made her way to the Belvedere Museum, which houses the popular artwork “The Kiss.” It was created by the Austrian painter Gustav Klimt.

“I’ve been waiting for this day,” Concepcion stated. “This oil painting and artist have been a fascination of mine for a while now.”

“This piece has in it Gold-leaf, Silver, and Platinum…” She added. “Just like the kind of jewelry I like: sensual, playful, and beautiful.”

Aside from her career as an actress and a TV host, Concepcion has also ventured into business with her own jewelry line called “Avec Moi by Kristina.”  /ra
